Andrea Nylund is the City Innvoation Lead at Oslo Business Region. She helps startups scale through city pilot projects, builds the Oslo brand internationally, and develops talent attraction and retention initiatives. Originally from California, Andrea is a serial entrepreneur and has founded tech startups in environmental compliance and social impact.
Torjus B. Falkanger

Torjus B. Falkanger is an investment professional, and holds an MSc in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. During his studies, he also studied abroad in Minneapolis and Amsterdam. Torjus joined Investinor in 2020, having previously worked as a management consultant at EY. Torjus primarily focuses on portfolio companies and new investments within technology, digital health and energy related companies, with a main focus on companies with software-based business models. During his free time, Torjus enjoys randonee skiing in the mountains of Trøndelag.

Martin Beijer is currently a Talent Director at Verdane, working closely with portfolio companies on Board, Management and Advisory hires and a focus on building high-performing teams in a growth environment and ensuring best practice across recruitment, retention and compensation. Prior to joining Verdane, Martin spent 10+ years as a Partner in a boutique executive search firm working with private equity and venture capital firms across Europe to place hundreds of executives across their talent ecosystems on a global, regional and local level.
