Mari works as as place branding advisor which means to create campaigns and content for the Oslo region to attract talent, investors, tourists, students and more. As a founding member of the Oslo Region Brand Management Strategy, the Oslo Region Alliance wants more companies to use the unique selling points of Oslo in their recruitment processes, and aims to give our best ideas and tips at this masterclass.

Based in Oslo, Ana is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain the best talent for Yara’s diverse and innovative business. Ana has a Law degree from Spain and more than 15 years of experience in the field of talent acquisition and employer branding. She began her career in investment banking in London, then moved to the Executive search industry in Madrid, Spain, where she spent 10 years working with top-level clients across various sectors and geographies. Since 2013, Ana has been leading talent acquisition teams and employer branding initiatives for different American and Norwegian/international companies in Oslo, bringing her expertise and passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences. Ana is married and has two children.

Lejla Hodzic

Leija works as Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner at Yara International and is based in Oslo. In her role, she pursues her passion of attracting and retaining people to solve one of the world’s greatest challenges – food scarcity. Lejla is the team’s most recent graduate and completed her Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology in 2021. Nonetheless, she has several years of work experience in the field of Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition in the banking, IT and agricultural sectors.
